Standard Delivery
Once your order has been processed, items are delivered within 1-2 business days, tracked, throughout the UK via Evri, DPD, Royal Mail or occasionally another courier. If you have known issues with a particular courier please make us aware before we ship your goods. 


We hope that you will never need to return our goods, however to be eligible to return your goods, your item must be unused and in the same condition that you received it; and in the original packaging. Sticks must have the original shrink wrapped covering still intact and show no signs of the stick being used, or having been hit or played with. You have 14 days to return your unwanted items. 

We guarantee our products for two months from the purchase date, against defects in materials and craftsmanship, as a result of fair wear and tear. Please note that items that are damaged as a result of excessive force or long term usage, misuse, incorrect product care or suffering from the normal fatigue of playing the game of hockey would not be eligible for replacement or exchange under warranty, and are not considered to be faulty. We will assess whether a defect to an item is covered under warranty. If it is deemed to be as of a result of a defect in materials or craftsmanship it will be repaired or replaced. 

To return your product, please email us for a returns form at Once you have your returns form, you should mail your product to our returns address.

You will be responsible for paying for your own shipping costs for returning your item. Shipping costs are non-refundable. If you receive a refund, the cost of return shipping will be deducted from your refund.


Once your return is received and inspected, we will send you an email within 7 working days to notify you that we have received your returned item.

If you require a refund and this is approved, then your refund will be processed, and a credit will automatically be applied to your credit card or original method of payment, within 7 working days.

If you are shipping an item of a value of £50 or more, you should consider using a trackable shipping service or purchasing shipping insurance. We cannot guarantee that we will receive your returned item and accept no liability for items that may go missing in the post.
